ERA REAL ESTATE HOSTS NATIONWIDE INCENTIVE CONTEST
Each listing gives sales associates a chance to win multi-media presentation package PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 20, 2002 - ERA Franchise Systems LLC announced today it will launch its first listing contest of 2002 in March as part of a continuing effort to offer incentives and encourage competition between affiliates. The "ERA® Spring Fever March Listing Contest" challenges sales professionals and brokers affiliated with ERA franchised brokerages nationwide to increase their local market share by securing listings. Prizes will be presented to the top 10,000 sales associates or sales teams with the greatest number of signed, 180-day listing agreements obtained during the month of March. "This type of contest creates a healthy competition among our sales professionals while encouraging everyone to do their personal best," says P.J. Martin Smith, senior vice president of Marketing. "By offering a large prize pool, we hope to energize the spirit of our nationwide team." Each winning sales associate or team will be awarded the multi-media presentation program, "ERA Presentation Edge" (valued at $299). The computer-based program allows users to create custom presentations from a library of more than 190 professionally designed, color marketing slides. Presentations can be customized for each prospective client, including their name, address and a photo of their property. Additionally, the slides feature a complete listing, buyer and recruiter presentation script. "Through utilizing ERA® Presentation Edge, our affiliates gain a competitive edge from those who only use paper based presentation materials," explains Smith.
