POPULAR ERA REAL ESTATE AD CAMPAIGN CONTINUES SUCCESS IN SECOND YEAR WITH FOCUS ON THE 'LITTLE THINGS'
ERA® sales associates' customer-centric service remains in the spotlight PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 13, 2003 – Building on last year's success, the ERA Real Estate national television advertising campaign, "It's The Little Things We Do," continues in 2003 to showcase the dedication of ERA affiliates as they help customers through every step of buying and selling a home. Debuted in 2002, the campaign includes spots on NBC's Today Show, as well as several targeted cable television programs. The "It's The Little Things We Do" campaign features four, 15-second and two, 30-second spots which use humorous stories to demonstrate how ERA sales professionals pay attention to every detail of the homebuying and selling process. In addition to airing during the nation's top morning program, the ERA campaign will appear on several cable networks, including The Hallmark Channel, ABC Family Channel, Home and Garden Television and the PAX network. The campaign has proved to be popular with ERA affiliates who have tagged the spots with specific company information for airing in their own markets. By doing so, affiliates are helping to augment the campaign nationally and internationally. "The 'It's The Little Things We Do' campaign has been a hit with its audience and with our affiliates who have customized the spots for use in local markets, not only in the U.S. but abroad," explained P.J. Martin Smith, senior vice president of marketing, ERA Real Estate. "The campaign's message that ERA professionals will go to extraordinary lengths to assist their customers is truly universal. In fact, our global affiliates in Japan, South Africa and Singapore have dubbed the spots in their own languages."
