ERA® REAL ESTATE MAKES FINDING A HOME EASIER THROUGH LOCAL ROLLOUT OF INNOVATIVE MARKETING PROGRAM Parsippany, NJ (May 20, 1999) – In an effort to better serve homebuyers and sellers, ERA Real Estate is bringing its new "Always There For YouSM" marketing and advertising program to ERA companies nationwide. Launched in March 1999, ERA Real Estate began airing national network and cable television commercials. Now, local ERA companies will be able to air these spots in local markets, adding their own contact information. Listings are also able to appear on the ERA Internet site – www.ERA.com – 24 hours after listing, exposing the property to a global audience. In addition, as part of the "Always There For You" integrated marketing program, new print advertising, radio scripts, public relations pieces, and other marketing strategies will be made available to allow local companies to consistenly market properties.
