PARSIPPANY, NJ, April 21, 2005 – ERA Real Estate today announced several enhancements to its ERA® Sellers Security® Plan that make it easier for more consumers to take advantage of its unique guaranteed sale program than ever before. For nearly 30 years, the brand has stood behind its slogan, "We Will Sell Your House or ERA Will Buy It!®." The latest changes to this program greatly increase the number of homes that qualify for the plan while reducing the time and fees required to participate.

For the cost of just one appraisal and one home inspection, ERA customers can now capitalize on the security of the Sellers Security Plan without incurring any major expenses. ERA Real Estate has also streamlined the process and can now enroll sellers into the program in 30 days or less. Previously, the plan had required an activation fee and two appraisals, which typically took 45 to 60 days to complete.
