PARSIPPANY, N.J., (February 15, 2006) – ERA Real Estate today introduced a collection of Web-based programs designed to help its affiliate network grow their overall businesses and continue their career development. ERA® affiliates can obtain information on these latest programs at the company's intranet site, TeamERA.com.

The new ERA Elements is a career development resource which helps ERA sales associates build customizable plans to grow their businesses. To help affiliates increase their marketability on the Internet, ERA Real Estate developed Office Super Profile, which enables companies to create "mini" Web sites, as well as ERA.com Floor Plan – a tool that allows sales associates to add customized floor plans to their listings. Finally, the company has created Visions of Luxury, an interactive photo gallery on ERA.com that provides added prominence and marketing exposure for distinctive properties.

After answering a series of questions to determine their areas of interest or development, users are provided with a list of suggested tools they can utilize to satisfy their career goals. As affiliates proceed through the program, they will receive regular e-mails updating their activities, deadlines and outstanding tasks, as well as suggestions of other areas they may want to explore.

Office Super Profile is another recently launched program that helps ERA affiliate companies easily and quickly create a "mini" Web site that is hosted free of charge on ERA.com. Through Office Super Profile, users can quickly and easily enhance their Web presence with text, links, photos, and contact information. Affiliates can then establish their own Web URL and have it redirect to their Office Super Profile so consumers can quickly find them on the Web.

With ERA.com Floor Plan, affiliates can now create custom plans, complete with photos and dimensions, to add to their standard home listings on ERA.com. This new tool provides consumers the highly-detailed home information they have come to expect in their Internet home searches, and is especially useful for new construction listings, "model" homes and developments.

Finally, the recently created International Collection – Visions of Luxury program is an ideal way to highlight an affiliate's truly distinctive properties in an engaging, interactive environment. Visitors to ERA.com can access this collection of high-end homes and browse through an animated "book" of these exquisite properties. Visions of Luxury is an opportunity for affiliates to supply some added elegance and points of differentiation to their most impressive listings.
