Located in the town of Ashford, Connecticut, it is strategically located near Boston, Providence, Worcester, Springfield and Hartford within minutes of the University of Connecticut Storrs campus and Windham airport. Situated on a paved road, the property has 1,600 feet of frontage. A 20 wide paved driveway provides access to the riding facility and the home. A paved area around the riding facility provides easy access for horse trailers and ample parking. Curtain drains and swales were built into the design of the property so as to provide effective drainage throughout.

The prestigious King Construction Company of Pennsylvania built the equestrian facility in 2004. Designed as a class A hunter/jumper riding facility, it has the dimension and quality of construction that are unmatched in the area.
